THE FOUNDATION REQUIRES THAT THE PASTOR SUBMIT ON AN ANNUAL BASIS TO THE FOUNDATION BOARD A "WISH LIST" OF MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR ITEMS, AND THE FOUNDATION BOARD MAKES THE DECISION AS TO WHICH OF THE PROJECTS, IF ANY, TO FUND FOR THE YEAR DEPENDING ON CASH AVAILABLE FOR SUCH FUNDING. SHOULD THERE BE AN EMERGENCY DURING THE YEAR, THE PASTOR MAY SUBMIT TO THE FOUNDATION BOARD A REQUEST TO PAY FOR SUCH EMERGENCY REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE UPON THE PASTOR'S SUBMISSION TO THE FOUNDATION A BILLING FROM THE VENDOR. ALL APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED BY A SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE MADE UP OF INDEPENDENT INDIVIDUALS. IN ORDER TO EMPHASIZE THE ORGANIZATION'S COMMITMENT TO AWARDING THE SCHOLARSHIPS ON AN OBJECTIVE AND NONDISCRIMINATORY BASIS, THERE IS A WRITTEN APPLICATION THAT IS REQUIRED TO BE COMPLETED AND SUBMITTED BY EACH APPLICANT.
